At CNH, we adopt the Blue Ocean Strategy and believe in finding success in new growth. As such, training and development is vital and this is in line with the company’s philosophy of ‘Harmonious Development.’

In 2012, CNH Academy signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Global University for Lifelong Learning (GULL), California, USA, as affiliated organization to promote action learning in work and community. We became the first action-learning concept academy in Malaysia to be established. In the following year, the first batch of CNH representatives graduated from the course and received certification from Global University of Lifelong Learning (GULL).

成和贯彻蓝海策略，并相信透过新成长中寻求胜利。基于此，团队培训至关重要，也符合公司贯彻的“和谐发展”理念。

在2012年，成和培训中心与美国环球终生学习大学签署合作备忘录，作为该学府推广职场和社区学习概念的联营机构。我们是马来西亚首家行动学习概念学习中心。翌年，第一批代表公司参与活动的学员，从环球终生学习大学取得文凭和证书。
